Wilting is only the result of reduced osmotic pressure. Where the RH outside of the plant is equal the RH inside the plant. Nothing is dying but if it continues without water it will begin to sacrifice other parts of the plant. The leaves before the roots.

And @Toaster79 no comment there. Advise is bad. You could however double your calyx to leaf ratio but why do I have to tell u?

What advice are you referring to? What plants/bud are you referring to?

No doubt it's stressful. Hey I wouldn't do it. It would lower your plants SAR. Not to mention possible damage to the phloem.

Hydro shop talk. I never take it to heart

I apologize if I come off as a dick. Quite the opposite. I want to help like others have helped me. I don't claim to know it all. I just dont understand the new fad of i got this. I dont need help. A great grower told me once you think you have it all dialed in a figured out you failed.

I still gladly take advice if it's sound. I think we should provoke higher learning.

For instance all @Toaster79 has to do is cut the nutes down. Too much nitrogen. Allow natural phos and nitrogen fixation to occur. This way your plant fixes more carbon. Happy plants pray.

I don't claim to be any super grower. I know there's still lots to learn. If you cite me new info I'll read for hours. I'm just a nerd. Thats all.

And what the fuck is that? A fucking barn? Get your shit together. I've got a 1x1m tent to grow in, and I don't have space and time to move horse shit around

show him the pic with the tomato plant in he will have a field day...lol in all seriousness I'm a a little pot fan think I'm in 8 lt pots and am getting way better results with a full pot of roots feeding every day..than i ever was in big pots... if your not growing them for months and months in veg why bother..?

hey man. how would you treat a plant you were gonna keep in a solo cup for its life once the routs filled it. i got to a point i was feeding twice a day and basically skipping the dry cycle i think but unfortunately i do not remember what all i did with any of the plants during my early withdrawals just a fucking blur.

thanks man,
chris

Btw, you've got N tox in that pool of dirt.
It's not in the dirt. It's in the plant. It is a phos deficiency. This will cause nitro tox. You have the same thing lol. It's why your plants didn't fade. I took the advice though. Thats the difference between us.

Looks like an excess of nitrogen.
Same reason the plants did not fade.

He certainly doesn't have a whole lotta plant in that dirt haha
This was a test run. This is the first cycle through this bed. Getting a feel for soil nutrient values. Yep a little hot on the N and a little low on the P.

Anyway. The N tox is actually gone. The phos deficiency can't be fixed only maintained at this point.

senescence....
Oh you were referring to the shade leaves...yes this happens when natural sugar signalling is allowed to occur. All Sun leaves should be ready to fall right off by end of cycle. You shouldn't have any green Sun leaves or that means your bud is full of N

Wudnt u wanna fill the thing up to test it tho? Why waste the effort, ya know?

Well Coots tells you the soil is ready to.plant OTD. The soil build was hot as hell. Almost took out my cycle before this. I didmt want waste beans. I feel like i finally balanced it out. Im running 6 untrained white widow next run.

The soil need a time to develop as well. The worms are turning it. Euros and red wrigglers.

My new bed is 6x3x1. I just did an NPK chaser mix guano, bonemeal, and kelp meal so there won't be any tuning. First cycle should start strong.

I have 2x 315w cmh phantoms OTW. I'm stoked.
