So the adventure starts right now.. I want to thank Jack M., The Texas Kid, MediMary, Budgoggles and UCmenow for the inspiration to go with the UC. If it does not work it's your fault LMAO and my wife will be looking for her $6500 back.

So I got everything running 5 days ago with the veg nutrients mixed, she's running at pH 5.6 to 6.0, ppm 210/230 and 71 degrees the chiller is running off and on like it should will get the temp down to 67. I'm using Canna Aqua with pk, resatonic and the zyme. Have them under 1000w MH right now. I have all my genitics except 1 which is Shiva from Dr. Atomic that I had in dirt and cleaned up hope it survives the beating. The others are what I call blue Storm, a cross of NL, Freezeland and DJ Short New True BB. Named after one of my dogs. So I took some pics at a lower res lets see if they load?

Cover your chiller hose up with tape the light will cause alge build up in the hose...Good luck Bro...JACK

Looks awesome! Sweet setup for sure! Just a couple of observations:

Not sure if it is just an illusion or not but it looks like a couple of the PVC connecting pipes are crooked? Be careful as to not put tension on the buckets as they will crack on you.

The other thing I noticed was no covers on the ballast? Just a fyi but this can cause RF pollution that could possibly interfere with something else or vice versa. All comercial ballast are shielded for this reason. Some covers provide a type of heat release so they actually run cooler with the cover in place, and they also protect your electronics from dust and dirt. Like the lumatek ballast for example, the cover is a big heatsink.

These are made with the best components available and the coil winding is encased in a steel welded box, there is no cover, these run much cooler than the ones with cases that I have.

The pipes are at an angle and nothing leaks, I guess I will fix it next run and cross my fingers. I was tired of struggling putting them in so just said fuck it.

Got some roots sticking out in 2 1/2 days cool, plants look like shit. Must be the shock??

Well I put the plants in on Sat and on Monday they looked sad, humidity was way down so I plugged in a humidifier and a day later they looked worse. So now I have 2 humidifiers running full time for a total of 30 gal a day. They also looked like they were starving so I went from 260 ppm to 460ppm and they are starting to look better. Had roots since Monday night so I think I’m back on track. Also a pic of new recruits that I got from Sannies Seeds. Double kush, KO Kush, Jack Berry, Herijuana x Bigwhite, Uberkush, Anesthesia and El Monstre. All I need now is for them to keep growing. I hope to see a change in how they look in a couple days.

Yes this is my first run with a UC system. I'm a dirt farmer so a whole new ball game. Thanks for stopping by.

Ok so I don't know where all the moisture is going, I put a 3 gal humidirier in that did not work so bought a 9 gallon and that after 2 days and filling ever 6 hours only got it up to 37% so I just paid 350$ for a 15 gallon drum system, will let you know what happens.
