GDP Clone - Irregular - ???

Hi all,

New grower here, well not new new. A friend and I have a GDP Clone that is looking far different than the others. Wondering if any of old shoolers have advice or ideas in regard to what's happening here.

No HLVD, or pests. We're in Minnesota so bugs are out during this cold season. The discoloration is likely from a nutrient dosed water spill. It's definitely dwarfed but doesn't smell like compost. It's really odd because this is the only one in this state out of 20 clones. Thanks for your response
