I really think I'm gonna mainline the next grow. I really appreciate balls advice so much! Better lighting, better genetics and hopefully not have to battle with herms next time around. As for now, I have nowhere to put the stretchy girls so I have to leave her in the room but def gonna remove the smaller bud sites.Also great advice.

If you know how to train your plants then this is good advice. Me personally, I would run them through to the harvest and setup for the next run with your new found knowledge as they're already in flower but removing your stretchiest plant and putting it outside while concentrating the needed light power to your best plant is not a bad idea either.
Removing low producing bud sites is a good idea. LED's have an effective range of canopy penetration of around 12". HID lighting will penetrate to around 20". Removing bud sites below this threshold will allocate more energy to your better placed bud sites meaning less larf and larger top flowers.
