One purple strain showing this, other not.

I know that with alot of purple strains, its difficult to have every phenotype show the same amount of purple. Usually only 1 or 2 will have alot of purple leaves or buds and the rest won't have none.

The other is not a purple strain and all of this strain is consistent to this pic.

Exactly, only the plant that is a purple strain is showing purple in the leaves. That's normal.

Just genetics, some strains are super purple some have light hues and etc etc. as you can see from the photo theirs black genetics that most likely won’t be seen much or anywhere else lol
