Germination help!

I started the germination process about 48 hours ago with two seeds via paper towel method. My photoperiod (c99xblueberry) has broken the shell and is ready to be planted but as you can see my autoflower (og kush) has not. I was hoping they would germinate at the same speed but no luck. I got these from dank seeds. Any suggestions on what I should do going forward? Put it back in the papertowel and let it do it’s thing? Put it in a small glass of water? What does everyone think?

Try and re-moisten the towel. The embryo inside the seed is activated when submerged by water. If it doesn’t pop through in the next 18 hours, it’s probably a bad seed. As a last resort, just sow it into your medium and see what happens. Hope this helps!
