Germination - Question

hey, so I have 25 seeds germinating in a propagator right now. Two already starting to pop out and opening, should I keep them in a dark place? right not they are neat my heater with a black fabric covering it and they seem to like it.

also, when should I transplant them to a 1g cup and when should I put them in the tent under my 600w led?

600 is way overkill you can put some t5s over them and save hella money on electricity even if that thing dims t5s would be cheaper to run
