they have some nutrients in the seed shell they take advantage of, so usualy you just need water for the first 2 true sets of leaves to appear, i like to use just a little diluted liqued karma though to give them a little boost after the first set of true leaves...sounds like your set, just make sure to check on them if there not coming up, somtimes they need a little help to open there shells or to get above soil level...i like to use paper towel method till they sprout then put them in rapid rooters till they are rooted then transplant to coco, it gives them a little more support in the coco....good luck with your beans bro
