Google cloning autos .
Can't be done ?
Not worth it ?
I made 3 clones of my apple fritter auto . Mom gave me over an ounce .
The clones gave me about half an ounce each .
Seeds cost around 10 $ each .
I doubled my harvest because I cloned my auto as soon as branches began to form . The earlier you Clone the bigger the clones will get .
I'm growing for fun . In attractive wooden wardrobes instead of blatantly obvious grow tents.
If your growing autos give it a shot . And don't listen to the seed merchants telling you it is a waste of time .
I'm rather stoked to get an additional 1.5 ounces from a plant .

Half ounce clones for the amount of time it takes to flower them out is not cost effective in my book. I could buy in a dispensary and have money left over for the cost of the electricity. I average 4-6 oz. of bud off an auto. No need to clone autos.

I like growing cannabis, too, but 2 1/2 ounces from just one plant would make me sad. Getting that much from four plants would be a waste of time, energy and tent space. Spending a bit more on seeds provides opportunities to try different strains. I do clone photos sometimes, though.

Well I'm not running g a business. I'm also not bragging about yields or profit . I grow because it's fun .
That's what it's all about, having fun and trying new things along the way 👍

Next step is to find a way to get the Auto clones to veg longer!
I've heard that topping and using veg nutes longer can give the plant a couple more weeks. I wonder if an Auto clone could handle that method.

I've not grown Autos yet, always liked the control over photoperiods. I did recently pick up 25 Fast Buds Auto mix pack and as soon as my small tent is empty, I'm going to give them a go!

Don't clone autos it's pointless you'll have a 6 inch plant in flower. It's at the exact stage the original plant is
Loving your bro science. Lol. Here is my advice to you.
Don't Clone autos as you get crappy results.
Or you are spreading bs with out the experience.
It's called bro science. Your an expert.
You got proof ?
I don't think so .
Sorry but you make comments with no experience I am going to call you on your bs.

this is what happens when you top an auto i really want to throw it away but cant bring myself to do it

The trick is to find autoflower gentics that allow the plant to veg to a large size plant before they start flowering . They are somtimes described as XXL auto plants .
Yes I belive topping early will slow down the onset of flowering.
The way I see it . What can it hurt ? I cloned my autos out of curiosity.
I was pleasantly surprised at how large the clones got .
Unfortunately I have grown autos that stay very small . Sometimes from the same seed pack. In fact look at most grow diaries growing say 4 plants of one auto strain. All the plants will be of different sizes .
Have fun with those autos !

A friend of my has the worst luck with autos . He constantly gets tiny plants . It's the Gentics.
It takes a huge amount of digging but with the right gentics topping autos, training autos it's all possible and some people get exelent results .
No don't kill the plant . It may be some super tasty flowers.
Me I'm all about the taste .
I always grow out my runt photoperiod plants . Usually they are the most frosty and best tasting.

I'm growing in tiny boxes with small pots . If someone did the math and scaled up .
Say a 4 ounce mom . Then you would get 2 ounce clones . Grow 4 clones 8 ounces .
Simple math .
Say that mom has wiked flavor , exceptional frost . Now you have more of that particular phenno.
I'm not try to convince anyone to Clone autos .
I was kind of hoping other people have actually tried and wish to share there experiences.

This is an auto Clone. Apple fritter from 34 Street seeds .
It was topped to give stronger branches .
I don't weigh my flowers. I definitely grow for flavor .
This is easily a half ounce of primo flower grown in living soil. Minimum food to increase flavor .
The flavor :
Granny Smith apples with a hint of caramel. Same with the aroma .
It's I a 6 inch pot drastically reducing its final size . So I can fit them in this grow box .
Canopy management is crucial for good yields .
Sea of green of fat frosty flowers.

How? Hold a spoon up in the pic with your ring and thumb holding it so I can see please. The spoon will prove it’s yours

I’m definitely going to say this, for anyone who is a new grower at all, stay away from any attempt at this. Sure there are training methods that can apply, with strains that that are hardy enough to bring yields. But that is few and far between. Why would you put yourself on a clock if it’s for fun? I’ve had one strain I could actually bring lst and topping to without detrimental yields. It’s seems to me, that one who even thinks this is a good idea to try, is waaaaay behind the 8ball on actually growing autos. Sure it’s fun if you are successful, but having maybe 1-2 strains you could possibly apply it to in the long haul seems wasteful even for a grower who just enjoys the time of they spend with flowers. I’m left wondering why?

Also, people can have different opinions without needing to be a dick about it, you said earlier that folks lack the knowledge, or bro science as you put it, I could say the same about you and cloning autos. your inexperience in autos is showing homie.
