I'm getting pretty agitated I can't figure out wtf is going on wíth my girls I'm using promix with 25% worm castings and 25% perlite floranova grow and floranova bloom armor si as nutrients phing everything to 6.2-6.5 all my run off is phed to exactly 6.4-6.5 in every single plant and I'm still getting these burnt tips on my leafs every single plant maybe skip a few feedings and go straight pH water? I ordered some calmag but I don't think that's gonna fix the issue any suggestions I'm willing to listen to anyone that's had this issue temps are between 73-81 normally and humidity is 50-58% all plants are a nice darker green color as u can see in the one pic the line yellow is the filter on my camera adjusting to the led lights I can't figure out how to turn it of lol

Yea I think I'ma go with my gut n pH some water n give her bout 6 liters

@PooToe
You run FloraNova nutes right?

Didn't know if you had any advice for the OP with the nutes.

That's what me n a buddy thought also but when I feed I've only been giving 1/4 dose of the light feeding it calls for 5.5 n I've been giving 1.5-2....
Usually i feed 1700ppm but sometimes i get strains that eat 900 but last year i had chocolate haze that would burn at 500 and my tap water was 300..... soo its all strain dependant.

There's no fixing burned tips. You can feed properly going forward, and you won't get new burned tips. I would take a ppm/EC reading on your runoff to get an idea of how much salt is in the pot.

The burnt tips resemble potassium deficiency, even though the plants otherwise look healthy. Adding potassium silicate might help, plus it helps branch growth.

I don't have a meter for that 😂 I have a basic cheap pH meter

My grow technique does not involve any nutrient runoff (self feeding SIP), so fertilizer salts build up in my root zone because they don’t get flushed out and cause nutrient burn. I get the same look on my leaves around week 10-13 and I need to flush. I like to flush with Florakleen first to dissolve the salts, then I run a medium ppm solution through as my final pass.

I’d definitely invest in a cheap pen to measure ppm or EC. It will save you a lot of headaches.

If you had a ppm pen you could simply measure the runoff water to see how much salt is being leached from the soil. Since you don’t, I’d probably go with a preventative flush.

Here’s an example of a leaf from my last grow at week 12 right before I flushed. Looks like similar symptoms. One flush of the plants stopped it from spreading.

This made me think of an old picture I saved. I'm not saying your over watering, but its easy to do...

Just something to consider...

Nutrient burn vs overwatering brown tips edges sm

Ph ing in soil is a waste it also adds to your ppm or ec value! What kind of promjx are you using? As im finding all the promix in big box stores has nutrients in it already the only promix that is nutrient free is the big white bales if its a black promix bag it has nutes already! Juat my thoughts.

No matter how much you ph your water you will never change the ph of the soil even if you dumpped gallin in there stop focusing on ph stop the nutrients altogther see how the plant reacts!
