Is it me, his nutrients are way too high in dirt and dwc. Plant is blue. The rest burned roots and getting deficiencies in dwc. Since his ph is good, temp is good, can only be air or nute burn if environment is conducive to plant growth for his dwc. Do you see ur tips burned and on the leaf side teeth tips too. I know they are purps, but in my opinion, I'd flush, run 50 ppm cal mag, then add nutes til 250 or 300 ppm. Oh and most important, look up Heisenberg tea immediately!!!! I'd bet ur roots are brown or tan, not bright vibrant white.

I use layers of sill seal then I use mylar bubble wrap at hd to wrap buckets. If concrete is under carpet, ditch the carpet.
