Getting remaining oil out of vial?

There's always that nice little bit of oil left in the vial. I do not want to dispose of it, I would like to make it run off the sides and such so I can use it. Any ideas or tips?

Turn it upside down and hold it with hemos or somethnig and then heat the vial with a lighter, the oil runs right out.

Esential Vaaaaap is a good little gadget that lets you get all the oil..you can just screw the vial right to the device.
