what's up my farmer fam.

I've been so intrigued by some of your sweet UC setup's, that I've decided to go for it. I'm a little apprehensive because ive been in 4x8 shredded rockwool beds for a few years. and doing well.

i read some really good DIY write ups, and it seems pretty straight forward. I have a question about space. my room is 8.5x12 and i have 9 600's what size buckets and how many should I run?

can a UC setup in that amount of space, and those lights equal a harvest from two 4x8 trays. any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thnx

4 plants 40" centers and light on all four sides of every plant

Or....

24 plants.. two twelve sites with 25" centers six lights horizontal and try sticking a couple bulbs vertical or pack all nine in smaller hoods and run 9 lights over the 24 plants

.... just really depends on plant count you want to run

I was thinking of staying within 24 ( per legal limit )

If I went with 24 sites, how much would my humidity be affected?

update on going uc next.

pic's of my progress. I'm putting the ec on otherside of the wall.

i am very excited to see how this works out for you.. i pondered on using those same blue buckets but thought that they might not be sturdy enough... plastic may be a little to thin for the nuiseals which may create leaking... love the staggered setup though great job.. will be stopping in from time to time.. Any questions hit me up..
