Good Light for outdoor seedlings

Hello.

I want to start seedlings indoors before I plant them outside.

I have a metal box , 100 cm x 60 cm, height is 60 cm.

All walls of the box are white, so I think I will not use a mylar foil.

I want to use a LED flood light:

2x50 Wat

Each of LED panel Has 4750 lumens, 9500 lumens total.

Light colour is 6000K.

Is this lamp good for starting seedlngs?

Max distance from top of the pots is 45 cm.

Can I burn them with this light?
