The shape of that seedling is perfectly normal.
It's not easy to tell from this pic, but that soil looks awfully wet. Then, in the lower right corner, it looks bone dry. You could be overwatering around the plant and not watering away from the plant. That doesn't work well. But anyway, I'd ease up on watering a bit, then water thoroughly.

I see 2 cotyledons and 2 leaf blades. Perfectly normal.
