9 times outta ten, unless you compact the soil, the seedling will rise and reach for the light. Patience.. happy grows.

That's a happy seed, I'd leave her be. That is very wet looking soil and that could cause problems shortly down the road though. Was the seed covered because of when you last watered?

Whats the medium ? Whats it planted in ?promix ? Soil ? Coco ?
