The greater question is how are seeds considered where a person is at. If they are legal the possession is okay. However it is on the person who has the seeds to consider what happens if they germinate them and that breaks the law. So, like is it Russia that will put a person in a maximum security prison for possession of Cannabis? Anyway..

In the USA the 2018 Farm Bill basically legalized weed.
Seed would be the one thing that would pass the intended test of 0.03% " THC for any future Farm Bill in the USA which happens to keep the same rule in 2025.
I am not sure what the rulings on Gas Station Weed will be in the USA with the Farm Bill but if anything I bet the administration will make some "Deal" with the players and I also think "Mom and Pop" will still be subject to prison basically.

So the short answer is as long as it is all fun and games. All eyes on the 2025 Farm Bill and the new administration.

Hey, naturally I assumed it has never been done. Here is a link.
They have a way to block copy and paste but the description is a good read.
Basically they are saying it's a good start to a clear high but it reads like it might have a short net effect duration.

My mind thinks this should go with a spice strain. This would give a great start but it may well need a second to carry the effects. I Dono.. I'd start by hitting it with Kali Mist.
