Trying to work out light canopy height. I'm fumbling between the ppfd app and par maps on the net and not having much luck. I really want to pinpoint my light levels for optimal growth and I'm eyeing off an apogee par sensor but the price of them is hard to swallow and I'm prob not smart enough to operate one. I'm running a scorpion diablo and they say you need co2 to run these at 100%. I've had it up full noise with no ill effects but I'm sure from everything I've read this would be too much light. Currently running 90%dim at 22-24inch hang height which if you follow the par maps which run 100% should be no more than 900 in the centre tapering off to late 600s. But I think the only way to really know would be to measure it with a proper meter.
