Green cleaner?

whats the recommended starting dose for green cleaner? The directions on the bottle arnt very clear.. I just picked up a 2fl oz bottle today for my white fly problem.. my plants are in week 5/6 of flowering any comments are appreciated!

IMPORTANT APPLICATION RATES
Heavy Infestation: 2-3 Days Straight
Normal Infestation: 2-3 Times a Week
Prevention/ Maintenance:1-2 Times a Week

-2 oz /gal – Broad & Russet mites, Thrips.
Heavy Infestation.

-1 oz / gal – Normal Infestations of mites, aphids, white flies, etc.

-1/2 oz / gal – Powdery Mildew & Weekly Maintenance.
