green soil

does anybody whom is doing soil sometimes get soil that is somewhat green just on the top? if so what n why is it like that?
any info would be greatly appreciated

It's usually from over watering. Let it dry out, if it's really bad scrap off some of the top soil and pitch it then replace with fresh soil. Also place a fan to blow across them to help dry out.

It's usually from over watering.

This. Its because the soil stays wet for a very long time and moss is building up.
Try to avoid over watering
