Greenhouse plastic question

What kind of plastic should i get for my greenhouse? I dont want anyone to see through it but i dont want to reflect to much light at the same time....

If you have the $$ Go with double wall poly carbonate panels

the white plastic they use on poly tunnels would be good. lets light in, keep prying eyes out
