Thinking of an 8' x 16' greenhouse for Michigan. Would an 8' peak heighth be sufficient for growth ?
Also is double polycarbonate of 5mm thickness sufficient ? Considering putting 8 ladies out there, would a small electric heater be sufficient for cold nights ?
I know, not enough information, but I like to take a lot of time to kick ideas about.
Thanks everyone,
:D

Yes.
Yes. Did you price that double-poly stuff? It's friggin' pricey as all hell.
Depends. 8x16? In Michigan? I doubt it ...maybe have one at each end. But electric heaters will cost you mucho bucks. A far better option is natural gas or propane heaters with built in T-stats. They are much cheaper to run. Don't forget to install a intake vent and a exhaust fan to keep it ventilated.

Plan now, take your time or learn the hard way. :)

I have a buddy here in NY that uses a wood burning camp stove that he got on Craigslist for $100. It only takes a couple pieces of wood a day & keeps the GH at 70+ degrees constant.
