grodan rockwool cubes vs's jiffy pellots

I have both but am scared to use jiffy pellots and not sure how to use them.
I always used grodan rockwool.

Im asking as cacti seeds are very samll and sensitive...even in groadan cubes a few died, almost have the number that popped died. in jiffys would they be better?

As its cacti i use sand, perlite and fytocell but not sure of coco will suit cacti..
