It should settle pretty evenly. I dont know soil in the pnw but where I'm at. It Probably wouldnt be feasible with the amount of snow and thaw water that cones in spring and fall.
Atleast there is a gutter on the adjoining side to help displace some water. If not it would be funneling right in between the two building.
What type of pitch ya running on your rafters? 3/12? Cool! Tin roof? T-111 siding?

Got the rest of the walls hung today and installing 3/4 cdx over the 5/8 cdx.
floor just wasn’t solid enough to my liking.
will install TPO over 3/4 before completing all the detail work. Hopefully will start moving plants in next week:)

3/4 in, will finish duct work this week. 12 inch spiral pipe going north to south with 2 louvres on each side East to west. My hvac tech got the unit fired up with a programmable Honeywell thermostat. Also installed the new jets to the burners for propane. Still looking for a 200-300 gallon propane tank.

I learned from my last build out before this one, all building done prior to plants in. Otherwise, wild shit like not defoliating or training for weeks happens and makes me never want to garden again XD

Well with the wife’s surgery and being couch bound being house husband and wife all at the same time I was able to get a little time on the build. Got all the plywood seams and wall blocking caulked this evening.
You no with the wife down having to do her house hold chores makes you realize the things she takes care of is super important to keep me clean and fed:)
