I assume the seams of the TPO are overlapped rather than butted up to one another so the water doesn't get through. Is that correct?

That space looks so clean with nothing but the white TPO showing. It will look better once there are plant in there though.

You are correct, heat welded with a industrial hand held welder that is set at 480f.

Flower room is finally done as far as construction:)
Installed a 2 inch pvc pipe I’ll plug off for emergency extension cords if there’s a power outage. Never got the back up plug installed for a gen to the panel.
I’ll be putting 2- 8 bulb T-5s for back up lights above the gavitas. All the receptical covers have been caulked. I’m trying to keep this room as sealed as possible for CO2. I’ve also got a floor drain I’ll install as soon as I figure out where the deepest point run off ponds on the floor. Whheeww, I’m ready for lights, you will see the Xs marked on the floor that’s where the center of the hood will be hung for even distribution of light for the canopy.

Doors not white, needs the wall treatment. Other than that it looks good.

Ill trade you my 1st spare room if I can have half your garage . I miss having my entire garage for all my tools & toys, most of my tools & dirtbikes are in the 2nd spare room now.

I havent built a garage here yet but we have a full open basement where the mountain bikes and kayaks go.

Want a 10’ x 12’ shed out there. Then the bike shop and growroom builds can start down stairs.

My garage is a walkout basement, being in ca its nice to have, stays pretty cool down there. The insulating qualities of being in the dirt are awesome!

Well, the unexpected emergency call from work yesterday took 3 hours out of me finishing the build this weekend.

Yes, I got to get these plants out the garage. There to freakin big the one closest to the left is pushing 7.5 feet.
These lady’s need to be flowering weeks ago.
