I’ve not gotten into dry sifting yet, one day though. Pressing is probably the least productive process I can think of so it’s 160 micron. If I take to a vape cart I’ll just let any solids settle out before loading the cart. Pucks are 2x4.5 and yeah I bought a pre-press mold, nice paper weight now

Ok! Im going to make up a layered screen setup just for dry collection : ) (pretty sure ill have seeds to deal with)
Im going to try the pre press mold just because I have to! I cant help myself
and im going to try 160 bags and 120 bags(I want to see the “quality” difference) I pressed that single nug without a bag and I feel it was a great clean product, so if the 160 is “clean” enough Ill just run it all the time! or maybe do a second press in the finer mesh

what kind of “cart” are you using!? im absolutely lost on this topic!

Carts you can get online, refillable with a ceramic (not cotton) wick. High tech sheet right here, all you need to take your wax to the next level. Or more user friendly lol

That particular cart you’ll have to use a liquidizer. If you want to burn straight rosin you’ll need the Yocan quad coil. This product is for the younger generation such as yourself. Kicks me me square in the nuts so I had to put it away

‘Twas a couple nights before Christmas and all were high as a kite. The cookies were plentiful and cocoa was hot! seriously! my wife made a shit load of cookies, my aunt made my kids cocoa mix, and I am HIGH as shit! we may do another Christmas light drive through the neighborhood later : )
anyways moving onto the meat and potato’s. the plants were having a bit of an issue to begin with over the last few weeks. then my broken ass let the plants go a few days over from when I needed to water, in my defense they have slowed down a little in their consumption so my timing was off. so they got good and watered today along with added the new stakes that sat for too long lol! it was one of those “dang i should of done this a while ago” thing! hahahah!
the veg room is vegging along. not sure if im sounding like a broken record yet but, im really excited about the line up of plants I have going and many thanks to you who have made some of those strains happen! capt and TheGoldenRoad and newty!! and I have some… get this, F8!s of the sfv og that I may get going. that stuff is really really Stoney! thats not here or there though. the current plants though seem to really like the recharge stuff! so ill continue to use that in between starting a low dose nute feed on the bigger plants.
the GDL is hanging and drying. the first one i removed from the room that hermed already got used up, smoked and pressed (very small amount pressed). but im looking forward to the second plant finishing drying.

Merry Christmas everybody! Hey went out to check the plants this morning and found one plant showing this “burnt” look. I watered and fed two days ago. I’m thinking whatever it is, is going to cause me problems as far as rot goes. I’m thinking about taking it down and then trimming all those spots that are discolored. Any thoughts?

Took four plants down over the last few days. They were doing that kind of thing the other plant was doing. The others that remain are looking good and are going to get a good feeding this next watering. Tomorrow or Sunday, so they’ll have some more time to finish. The four I took are early but would rather them not continue to do whatever they were doing in the flower room.

Topped almost all the larger pot vegging plants and fed them with a half dose of mega crop and sweet candy along with some calmag and see weed. The solo littles are starting to come on also!

I ordered my 12ton press and now am waiting to the get the dulytek setup in another few weeks. That’ll be fun to press a bunch of this stuff!

Do u mean they started popping nuts were they the same strains as the last plant that went lady boy? If different strains ya might have an environmental problem or light leaks ya got a humidifier that lights up when empty or something?

I would watch the humidity spike at lights off. In flower especially in my larger tent I noticed as they grow when they transpire at night the humidity goes higher than I want. Right now staying in the 50s when it’s in the 30s. The plants seem to be doing their own work without assistance.

No thank god! Hahaha! I think they were going cannibalistic! I wasn’t feeding them enough.

Yeah I have the dehu locked and loaded hahaha! It works overtime after waterings, right now it’s holding steady around 55%. I have noticed that also! It worked out because it’s cooler with the lights off so with the dehumidifier running it warms the room! Win win : )

So I cut the purple one under the spider farmer light! I was out there messing with the ACI temp prob placement and just happened to look it, I felt it for some weird reason and one of the nugs was almost crispy! So it’s hanging now. The remaining 6 will probably come down tomorrow so I can get back to working on the shed. Clean the flower room once everything is chopped then get the veg room switched over to the flower side for a week or two then flip the hks then who knows from there. Cloning at some point coming up.

Alright here we are going into 2025 head first as usual per chucky’s enjoyment! got 14 cali blues out of their soaking cup into mini solos and a tray with humidity dome, on top and underneath are heating pads (my house is usually around 60*F day time temp. if I put them out into the shed at this point I dont think they would make it lol. I’m WORKING ON MY TIMING! Hahaha!
it was a water day in the veg room so naturally things are looking less than stellar, but with much improvement by the time I was finished watering/feeding. they got half dose of nutes again. the solos got a watering with Recharge.
things are still hanging and drying. the plants in the flower room are still going lol. im trying to let them go as long as I can. I keep talking about chopping but I just cant bring myself to take the last few down. ill keep ya’ll posted on those.
got my press all put together minus the heating plates and controller for that. pressed a couple nugs with it, and the hair straightener. not great but not the worst. probably wont mess around with that setup any more and just wait for the plates. or if I were to pick up that banger or dab rig I would do a quick press to test the new rigs out!
