Grow room size for 48 IWS system

I'm looking to build a grow room to accomodate a 48 pot IWS system. I'm getting conflicts with the size of the room required and amount of lights. Help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

id say offhand 16 plants per 4x4 and one 1000 watt light per 4x4 - so 4x12 with 3000 watts minimum

Rollin J, would that be 4 metres x 12 metres or Feet ?
