Grow Solutions intends to enter into multiple acquisitions in the legal cannabis industry and provide services and materials to growers, processors and dispensaries. These acquisitions will create multiple divisions including management services, retail stores, equipment distribution, financing, products, real estate and licensing, where there are many opportunities for cross-selling between its customer relationships.

“The entire team at Grow Solutions is looking forward to completing the transaction and emerging as a publicly traded company,” said Jeff Beverly, President of Grow Solutions Inc., in a recent press release announcing the transaction. “Additionally, we look forward to executing our business strategy and providing value to our shareholders.”

The company does not plan on growing, processing, or dispensing cannabis in order to comply with federal law. Instead, the it serves state licensed growers and legal cannabis dispensaries. Management will have the ability to supply commercial growers and individual caregivers with commercial grade oil production, high-end processed cannabis, MIP applications, and extraction and blending developments and advances.

Shares of LightTouch Vein & Laser Inc. jumped more than 80% during Friday’s session following the announcement in anticipation of the merger.

So in cases like this, if shit hit the fan. Would grow solutions be a factor in the prosecution of said growers, dispenseries. If they were to get cracked. What i mean is with them being a corporate company and being open thay theey are not only finacially involed but supplying said tools to create, what under federal law is considered illegal. Hope this question makes sense.
Happy farmin;)
