Grow stones 4 coco?

any 1 know what grow stones work best 4 coco? they got soil n hydro stones, dude at store says the soil stones 4 coco n hydro stones 4 hydro uses like , flooding, drip or what ever else.

I use the super soil aerator in soil and LOVE it. I toss in about a gallon per 1.5 cf of soil, which I think is about 10%, the soil I'm using already has perlite in it. I met the guy who owns the company last year. I believe he recommended 25%-50% for coco, depending on application. I'd send them a note, he was a super nice guy and happy to answer questions. He even gave me a 25lb bag!
