Growcraft x330 seedling help wattage

So, i have a chilledlogic growcraft x330.

3 bar model. Can go anywhere between 35-330 watts. Half 5000k and half 3000k with reds. Samsung 301H ( of course)

Problem is i need it as a seedling and early veg light for all my outdoor ladies getting ready.

What wattage and what distance would you do for seedlings with this light.

I know at full blast even 36 inch away the ppfd is insane....i dont wanna over lightem with this beast....i was thinking 90 watt at 24 inches but if i got 14 seedlings, ....please help

I would start with it turned down as low as possible at 24". If you see a little stretch then just lower a few inches.
