you wont have chlorine in the rainwater. However, you will be missing Calcium, Magnesium and unless you have high PPM in your tap water say above 200ppm as base, I would use the tap water after a few days of it sitting to allow for the chlorine to evaporate off. If it were me, I'd check the ph in the run off first to make sure it is within range for soil growing. Id check that ppm in that runoff to see what level it is at. Looks like it needs. 1. Cal Mag, 2. more nitrogen, but, if the Ph is out of range you're gonna get some lockout even if the right mixture balance is in your soil. Check PPM run-off, check Ph, then before you add anything, water with ph balanced chlorine free water and try and get the Ph back into range first before you make any adjustment to nutrient. If by chance, the Ph is within range on the run-off, then you can add some additional nutrients, cal-mag and nitrogen at this veg stage. Good Luck with your grow!I'm currently feeding flora trio 1/2 of recommended amount. Is there any real benefits using rain water or is it going to cause me more issues.
