Ganja do you work alone or do you have a partner?
Did I just got Torture Killed? :clapping Funny one brah, even though I'm the yo-yo at the other end. Sorry 'bout puttin' the wrinkle in yer thread.

Seemed kike a good idea last night, anyways..

Get your paper work in order first....

Depends on how the County you live looks at 215, if you are in Ca? Stay within the Rec. and you should be good. Treat what you are doing as a Collective.

One thing that can happen and I see over and over. Land Lords get spooked by the Feds saying they will "take" their property if growing goes on their property. Most folks I know don't talk about what they are doing..... If the Land Lord finds out and does not like what is going on, then you got to pack up and get out. And thats the nice way the other is he calls the Feds and it gets ugly!

But seen many folks go on for year's with no problems. Most just go in and grow and don't not tell anyone what is up. Again, make sure all paper work is complete first.....If in Ca?

Btw, If you elect to tell the Land Lord what your plans are, they will consult with their Lawyer. Lawyer will advise them of the obvious Fed issue. Have not seen one Land Lord yet give the OK with this in mind.....So enter at you own risk and know it's a day to day event.

Its always a risk when you sign the lease because you never know a landlords tendencies before you move in except for how the terms to the lease make them sound, ive had houses i signed for or had someone sign for that the landlord ended up being a nosy prick, even with that being said you still are obligated to complete the lease in this case i just sub-lease the house to someone else and go about my business, but in my past projects ive always learned like punk said your lawn and general house upkeep is a BIG factor most the time i like to fly an american flag outfront with someone paid monthly to mantain the yard weekly, furniture is a must, also something i look for in a house is a pull in garage with a clicker, so anytime your unloading equipment or clones etc, you just pull in and shut the garage behind you, as far as neighbors i like to properly introduce myself at first and keep the chit chat to nothing more than a wave and a hows it going after that, if they ask what i do i tell them im an ex marine and own a welding shop, usually does the trick. run your lights in the day so you arent coming by at funky hours of the night, an always go by your gut feeling if you have a bad feeling about a place dont just say F- it and do it anyways theres usually reasoning behind that shit. oh and keep food in the fridge not to make anything look better just cuz i know after i work on my gardens im baked off my ass too and wanna grub down haha, good luck bro

oh and as a far as partners, sadly in the world we live in today id never have a partner, whether 1kW or 30kW. In my eyes it doesnt make sense if you have to split it at the end you might as well just be doing half of that garden and keeping all the smoke for yourself and completely minimizing the biggest threat to any garden (flapping lips disorder). The only time i have workers is during trim time and its never at my grow location.

I just bought a little place and am fixing it up. It's got a big dry basement. I've meet most of the neighbors and scoped the hood out. Think its prime spot for a grow. Neighbors know i'm coming by to check or work on the house so no suspision there. Just got the electric upgraded with new romax, big new breaker box and 3 new 20 amp services in basment. Man i'm so ready. Gotta wait until the hvac guy is done and then it's lock and load. only 2 concerns is property is in my name and security issues with me not staying there...

Living in a college town makes this almost a no-brainer, and if you do just the minimum like keep up the lawn, and put a few lights on timers in the living room, you're all but assured not to have any problems with landlords that aren't of your own making- so make sure your check doesn't bounce!

I in a rental right now u got to find a place where there bitching the landlord never fixes shit I been hear a year and a half the thing that fucking me up is the water and being so close to the beach make it very humid so my plants will never dry I plan on moveing soon but as far as keeping a good cover was a success good tip when I was moving all my hoods and boxes in I had my old lady wraps them like it was a birthday party for a kid and had friends waking right by the all the people that lived there with a wrapped box with a bow on it little did they know we were setting up right under there nose good idea for smaller grow but if
Your doing 10-20 hoods might look little over kill like Santa moved in
Just don't tell any one they just think it until u tell them then they know

I agree. My landlord wont even answer my fucking calls! Hahah, i need some things fixed about after this round and she wont ever return my calls, and has NEVER come over. Besides ONCE to come inside the garage to look at the size of the dryer hookup, then left. Didnt even ask to come inside....

As long as that checks there on the 1st, I dont EVER hear from this lady....

Good shit!

When I rented this place I came with my girl looking all nice and came to look at the place we liked it told her we can right a check for the first last and deposit right now one the spot the first time I met her I never seen her again she has 30 rents total so she just wants money it hard to keep all of those full with people that pay so once u get someone quite that pays but ever time it any time there anything needed around here I just do it for her before anyone comes and only talk to her thrue email but the couple buck on salt for the drive way in the winter and little thinks to keep her happy it so worth it suck I'm moving soon I love this land lord

As far as having the house in your name a few questions come to mind.

1) Do you have income verification for your name or can you make one? If not have someone that has a job sign

2) How is your credit? If it is good sign, if not have someone with good credit and a job sign. Good credit is really important to most home owners because it shows that you will leave the house in good enough shape that he will not be coming after you for incidentals

3) Are you in a med state? If so I say sign, if not well I say move to a med state haha.
