Tents are ready, pay day is approaching, and then I'll have to wait for my @RoyalQueenSeeds seeds to ship home. I am running two tents with the same exhaust.Using LED lighting, the lights hung 12 inches above the canopy. Each tent contains an oscillating fan and two cameras for daily monitoring. Will do by pH at 6.5 and will use organic soil and organic fertilizer such as Dr Earth 2-2-2 and Alaska Fish Fertilizer 5-1-1. I plan to buy OG Kush and Trainwreck for feminized photoperiod seeds as of Friday.

Looks good, with 2 tents you have some options in the future. A little feed back on the ventilation.

One inline fan for 2 tents might not be able to keep up when the stink builds. There's a math formula to figure out what's necessary for a given volume although I can't remember it. Maybe someone else could chime in. You might find that you need to run the fan at top speed all the time and find the noise irritating, or that even at top speed it won't do the job.

Also, you want to have the shortest, straightest run of venting so the fan motor works less, does more. The way the fan/filter is standing up the venting could kink and prevent good air flow.

The air intakes, close to the bottom at the sides, are up against the wall, might be an issue. They need to be open so air freely moving in as the inline fan removes air, or at least the intake in the tent on the right in your 2 tent set up. You might want to run a simple smoke test to see how air moves through the system before you plant.

What soil are you using?

Best of luck.

Everything is coming together, won’t be long until you are splashing seeds.

I second trying to get the exhaust hose straighter. Even just laying it horizontally on shelf or top of tent will increase flow. Right now you have a 180* radius right at the fan. That creates turbulence and reduced air flow. Running it through 2 tents, you need to maximize airflow as much as possible.

Otherwise looks great. Cannot wait, and good luck. Sounds like you have a solid plan for some fire. I just finished the one gallon grow using Dr Earth Tomoto Vegetable and Herb along with the All Purpose and Alaskan Fish Fertz and earth worm castings.

If going organic I would recommend a bag of earth worm castings. Big box stores have them for $12-$20 depending on size. OMRI listed.

Hey have you pre wet that soil i would and i am using the same as you but with other amendments. Reason i'm asking is because i found it to be loaded with fruit fly gnats. So i'm running water through the pots a couple times prior to planting anything in it just to knock out those gnats abit. Yes it will probley loose alittle bit of the goodies built in to it but those gnats were crazy for me. That fish emultion stinks up the house bad just letting you know. Rework that exaust if you can.

I read once “stinky in stinky out” hahah. I didnt want that level of stinky so I dont use fish products lol.

Cant get the right tent to stop inflating it has the the exhaust with air vent inside.
How could I efficiently use one exhaust with the two tents?

Here is my first thought/diagram. Not sure how efficient it would be. If tent B, or the connections around the vents, were leaking any air, tent A would not get much ventilation.
I just replicated your diagram! It worked 🙏

Finally, non of the tents are inflating. But its true one tent is hotter than the other one.

The bottom pic shows inside tent A in the diagram, yes? Your air inlet vent is right next to the outlet. Air is coming in and going right out, not circulating at all. Need to run air inlet down to the floor like tent B.
Will do.

12" light height is to close IMO. The manuals that come with led lights that show recommendations for height and intensity are often way too much.

Seedling stage - I run at 36" height, 20% intensity
Veg - 30" height, 30%-40% intensity. Let plant grow to 24" and move light back to 30"
Flower - I stay at veg settings and after a few weeks start increasing intensity until middle of flower, let it ride at higher intensity for a few weeks and start lowering intensity again toward harvest.

I also don't like to ever have my lights closer then 18" in flower, flipping at the right time for photoperiods so you have plenty of head space for the stretch is important.

The higher your light is over your plants, the more coverage you will have. Think of it like shining a flashlight at a wall, as you get closer the beam (area it lights up) gets smaller.
If your light has to be closer, lowering intensity will compensate.

In my 8x4 tent, instead of moving the light all the time I decided to keep it at the top of my tent and adjust intensity only throughout the grow.
Moving lights all the time can be a pain so if it works out well in my 8x4, I will do the same in the other 2 tents.
