it’s called swhazzing. I’ve done it before. The fan leaves come back. You do major defoliation a week before you switch to flower. Then one more time at the third week of flower. Thats it itll grow back in a week. I already have fan leaves halfway grew out.

The fan leaves you cut will not come back ever. New fans will grow on top and the sugar leaves might grow, but wow too much..

Next time, please do NOT remove those fan leaves. You won't need "boosters" when your plant can do it themselves. They can't in their current state.
