Growth is a little slower lately

So I'm at day 21 from sprout. Autoflowers. Hawaiian Purple Kush, Cannalope Kush and Lucid Dream Kush. Growth has become noticeably slower. I did notice the curl and purchased a moisture meter. It reminded of my last grow where I overwatered. I know I caught it in time, meter read as moist but not wet, poked holes in the soil and have not watered in two days. I guess I'm looking for any feedback or advice on what you see in the pictures. From day 14 began feeding a 4-4-4 organic fertilizer at 1/8 the suggested amount which was 1-2 tablespoons. The soil is a mix of biochar compost, Worm castings, Coco noir and Fox Farm Happy Frog. Plant has grown beautifully. No real problems but my plants just don't feel as bushy as I would expect. The bags are two gallon. Thank you for any feedback.
