this is a copy/paste on an original thread started elsewhere on 6th of December last year

After having to abandon my first indoor grow room ive had the opportunity to establish a new one.
this time im NOT having any partners and i can concentrate on growing the herb without being screwed over.

Im financing and building it on my own with the limits that has but i dont have to rely on others

once completed my first grow will consist of both selected seed strains and crosses and selected clones taken from mother plants form my previous grow ( Gunnars lab1 aka Gunnars breeding project )

sure winners already would be Black Domina, C99, Deep Chunk for the clones
and White Russian from Serious
but i have others im looking at also as like trying Afghan strains like Afghan Nordic Outdoor and Mazar I Sharif and crossing these 2 and for some pure MIS beans

but theres many options and many that havent been decided yet as im just on the startup phase of constructing the room itself

the room it self should be around 15-16 m2 and im thinking about starting with 4-6 x 400 watt hps for flowering, meaning stretched to 5-8 m2 of plants
and a room within for vegetative growth and cloning with fluorescents and a 250 watt metal halide

for security reasons im not going to post any pix of the construction and details so there wont be many pix until the room is fully done and running ( seed germination and clones not included)...

i recently got my hand on a nice batch of used cheap Phillips greenhouse lamps, 400 watts.

i use some of them to light up the construction site ( hps are great work lamps ) and my plan is to use 4-5 of them in the flowering room

my plan is to run selected clones from my first indoor room and add some seed strains also like the White Russians just ordered of seedbay and other selected ones ) skunk#1 is also high on the list as its a classic indoor must have together with the WR).
i have some 12 liter cheap mason buckets i bought for like 1/2 a dollar a piece on a sale and 9 makes up for a square meter and i have some square 65 liter buckets that can hold 5 clones in flower ( 12 liter buckets is for seed strains so i can remove the males elsewhere easy)

the room is going to build outside so it will be insulated to remain a decent grow temperature together with carbon filtered exhaust etc, as im financing this myself there might be delays also due to bad weather and low finances but my hopes is that it should be up and running soon and ill start germinating seeds and prepare the clones before that...

Recession is surely on my mind hanging theres as nasty black clouds.

i could be out of my job any time as the craftman trade is hit hard also and my boss is an absolute asshole and since ive had a hard time economically and therefore couldnt afford A-kasse/social security insurance im really screwed and would loose everything if i got sacked

so i would consider this my green social security and a lovely way of spending my time if i should get sacked

and if im not fired i would still be doing my favorite hobby

imagine when the snow starts falling
walking out the door into the cold white snow and knowing theres a short distance to opening a door to a room filled with warmth, bright light and beautyfull green lovely smelling plants

a perfect cure against winter depression im sure he he

still some time and work left before plugging in the sockets but leaves me more time to refine plans.

ive been promised some Skunk#1 and other commercial seeds and some Bubblegum clones and im expecting White Russian and Mazar I Sharif from seedbay soon

i think ill stick to 4 x 400 watt lamps as not to arise attention from the power company and being able to pay the bill :)

9-12 12 liter buckets under each lamp means that the grow space is almost already reserved.

ill be running some of the clones from my previous grow room also but in smaller buckets at the outer rims of the lamps
reason for this is that i seem to have lost the paper with the notes for each clones regarding sex, potency and yield, so the clones will be run at a lower priority to regain the lost info
once this info is regain i can keep the best ones and multiply these and ditch the rest and gain more space for new clones from the upcoming grow

once this grow is complete i might start look into the world of hydro with a homemade Ebb n Flow system

hope to bring some shots from an operational grow room soon but i have many things going atm so i think at least 1-2 weeks from now



unfortunately there will be no c99 and dc seed grow from clones in the first up coming run

i had moved some of the mothers for a new location to get more space
unfortunately this new space had mice visitors who have chewed up some of my precious clones

so far i can see that ive lost 2/5 c99 clones
at least one Black Domina and several dc clones have been damaged but i think most DC's will survive but they need longer growth until i can take clones from them

well ive just have to concentrate in the 4 main seed strains then
im planning a 2 week short growth period under flouros and mh and then flowered in 4 liter pots with more plants pr m2 than original planned using 12 liter buckets/pots

just made a new cloner box out of an aquarium kit i purchased on a sale
its complete with lights, heater and circulation cleaner pump
i added a large air stone with a separate pump for more air in the water

between the water and the clones i used some expanded polystyrene board apr 1 cm thick and made some holes for the clones
its not entirely light proof and some light is also in the water below with the hopefully soon to come roots
but some growers have told me its not essential for it to be lightproof as the clones will root anyway

First shown are 4 Happy Brother clones
then later i added 10 Fat Russian clones ( Crazy X Seeds, White Russian x Chronic)
the FR's seems like a sativa dominated pheno but time will tell

if this turns out a successful way of rooting ill be rooting many clones this way in the near future

temperature is ranging between 22 to 23 degrees Celsius


ive just added 3 Exodus original Cheese clones the the aquarium bubbler and hope the will root soon in be part of my future breeding stable

just checked the first cuttings and still no signs of roots but they have only been there 5 days now

so far only about 40% of the first submitted cuts are showing roots but im sure the others will be there soon
the cheese cuts where submitted later
ive opened the lid in the box as i suspected the temperature was higher there than in the temperature controlled water cause the plants are closer to the bulb and theres not much space to level the temperature

a secret place in the little kingdom of Denmark one guy is preparing for yet another battle in the war on marijuana
his fighting on the side of the good guys of course

preparation for this years out door season and the new grow room has been on going for some time but now its getting closer

ive been working my ass of recently to be able to turn the power on as soon as possible
still some work to do until i turn on the switch but its getting much closer now
this room is both going to be my indoor Garden Of Eden, but also ill germinate and pregrow plants going outside later there, and also i plan to finish plants there that have problems finishing the last few weeks in our harsh climate
and of course i plan to collect a lot of pollen from my outdoor ladies later this season and use them in winter time in this room to dust some more exotic ladies in order to get some cool crosses ready for 2010 outdoor season

at full flower i expect to have 4 x 400 watt hps together with some flourous, cfl and mh for vegetative room
if i crammed it really ahrd and went full capacity i guess i could do 6-8 x 400 watt in the flowering room and do 12 m2 instead of the planned 6-8 m2 but i dont want to cause suspicion from the power company about the sudden arise in power use

a grow shop owner gave me these 3 bags of Advanced Nutrients products as free testers
its powder/salt which gets dissolved in water
they all have different NPK levels for different purposes and im sure they will come in handy

to the right its my main 130 mm ventilation unit
not sure of the specs but its effective but also a little noisy so ill have to put it in a wooden box and also make a silencer for it
im going to get a smaller 120 mm ventilation unit for the room also
for both fans i have some homemade carbon filters
saved a lot of money on building these myself
just have to drive out and pick it up but atm i have my hands full

have no bulbs for it yet but it was a good deal so i just had to have it ;)

pix from grow room will only be showing white and mylar covered walls with plants and lamps so it cant be identified, compared and used as evidence if i should get so unlucky of getting busted of the crime of supplying some of my countrymen with some non taliban cannabis and the world with seeds
sorry but blame our screwed governments and their fucked up laws that keeps the growers and breeders working underground like we where some kind of dangerous and criminal persons

while i work in the garden and also still works on the last things remaining on the grow room heres some shots from my cloner which has been rebuild and improved

instead of just a hole in the polystyrene foam board for the stalks ive drilled holes and out in net pots that contains Grodan rockwool cubes 4x4 cm pressed into a 50 mm net pots

from left in first row its 2 Happy Brothers, then 3 Exodus Cheese, then a Fat Russian.

third row is 2 Sweet Skunk (SOL), then 2 Sour Diesel ( a cut told to be free of hermies), 2 SSSDH and then 2 Amnesia Haze

they have been in a grow stop for 2-3 weeks after i gave then a rough treatment to get rid of s starting spider mite infestation.
the Sweet Skunk, Sour diesel, SSSDH and Amnesia hazes are new and added after i fought the bugs

i know this is a shitty pix but you can see that the bottom of the net pots with rock wool just touches the water making it work like a wick system where the water is drawn up to the plant using the rock wool

might have to make a few adjustments to this system
i can see that some of those who have been in there for awhile and have roots which i just want to grow bigger, is having problem with the rock wool being to wet
some stalks look like they are going to rot soon so ill transplant them into soil very soon and keep watching the others
still a good way of rooting plants
they might just have some kind of max time they can stay in there

time to kick this one back into gear
much have happened since last update

the room is still not complete as ive been stressed out and lacked money but im starting all over again with clones and later on seeds inside and i should be able to raise the last money so i can have the new room insulated and up and running within a few weeks

the clones shown earlier was later moved outside in the greenhouse
sadly i lost most of them due to a period with hectic work on outdoor harvest from the cornfields where i lost almost 500 plants harvested by cops
i needed to lay low when harvesting the rest and i also had several brake ins from local criminals that found out i was growing
i found out who was behind it and the dude is still hidding as he knows me and some buddies are looking for him
we will get him one day and he will get what he has had coming, no worries about that
but the whole thing about security made me take some measures
im going to have the place covered in infrared cameras later and i purchased a really nice guard dog

well back to current

i started out by getting some double dutch and fat russian cuts back from a friend i gave them to earlier on

i mostly hang out at Seedshare today so this is a cut and paste from within there


After having lost most my clones last year due to a hectic period with harvest work brake ins at my property and moms not surviving revegging im starting all over again indoor.
due to financial problems i havent completed my indoor room again but i should be able soon to cut a deal to get the missing insulation for the room to be able to complete it

im rooting some Double dutch and Fat russian and a kind grower send me Mama chi and happy brother and i should also be getting Island Sweet skunk again and hopefully also Cheese

ill be popping some beans again soon also and ive been tru the seed vault and found c99, white russian, fat cheese, blueberry and white widow
only problem is that i dont think i can work with selecting moms and dads from more than 2 sed stocks at a time so im having a hard time deciding which to pop

for selecting moms for cash cropping and finding good fathers to dust on the clones im much into popping white russian or fat cheese ( crazy x's uk cheese x chronic)

and for seed production to make more indoor strains available here i would like to reproduce some c99, blueberry or white widow
the more beans you have to choose from, the harder the choice is

well here is the clones which is my start foundation
ive had a hell of a time getting roots on the DD's and FR's but today i saw roots on several of them and i hope the rest are chiming in soon also

the clones have finally all rooted and was transplanted into some small pots and put under a 125 watt cfl where they will grow some size so they can be potted up in size and put under a 250 watt mh

the unnumbered ones are a mix between Double Dutch and Fat Russian clones
most of them where numbered my my dog tilted the cloner so most markings fell out
also i cant access the original mothers so ill have to renumber and grow them out to see what is what but from running them last year i know they are worth it
others are Mama chi, happy brother, SSSDH and a SSH which once was floating around as an amnesia haze cut but turned out to be SSH, but it doesnt make it worse in any way

ive talked about Project c99 Affordable for all and this morning i started it
the 2 versions are Nectar seeds and some original f2's that have been around for some time and very well reputated and documented among mostly Danish growers
the F numbers of the Nectar version is unknown to me at present but they will be mated with both moms and dads from the Topskud c99 f2 line, of course depending on how many of these old rare seeds that germinate and the female to male ratio and if they are worth for breeding material
later they will be available at various places at very affordable prices
