Here's the runt of the litter. Glad I let her grow out. 158gms wet should equal ~ 45gms dry

This little stinker (in a very aromatic way) comes in at 29 gms dry trimmed!

158 gms wet trimmed on the stem

Took awhile to move everything around. Here are pics of all 3 tents

Some funky lookin' clones right?

I had to sacrifice one clone, which will be moved outside

1-2-3: Transcend led t5s (currently 6), Amare SE 220 with clones from bubbler, Amare SE 250 clones have been under it for a while now

Something occurred to m regarding the Y splitter that directs nutes to each tote/plant. It appears that IF the tubing going to the Y is not perfectly aligned that more nutes will go to one tote than the other. This caused one plant to not get the amount of nutrient it needs to keep pace with the other

This caused me to move one plant from the under the 220 twice, before I figured it out. On the shorter plant under the SE 250 I have o/o valves on each line so I diverted some of the flow to even up the amount the shorter one recieves

As a follow up to yesterday, I moved one plant from under the SE 220 to the TL hot5, but will replace the TL with my BML SPYDR 600, which I thought was sold, but the buyer disappeared: a blessing I suppose, for now at least.

All 3 oddball clones moved to outdoors. This eliminates a couple issues

1. Splitting rezes between 2 totes, each feeding was not getting enough to saturate both roots. That combined with angled feeder tube to the splitter meant water followed path of least resistance = one plant much bigger.

*Larger rez is needed to run 2 plants from one rez. I need to pursue that now

2. I very much like what the TL does in veg and flower (but not at 1:1 red/white) which maxes at 240 (6 tubes would be 2:1 but only 180w) whereas the SPYDR is ~ 350w

Pics tomorrow

Hopefully you can figure out what went so wrong with your last round of flower. Good luck!

I am going to experiment with 3gallon totes as rezes. Benefits include they are much shorter, which means I can lower the table the plants rest on inside the tents

I replaced the hot5 leds with my SPYDR 600 (~ 350w actual). ~ 50% more light

As you can see I eliminated the oddball clones, which made room for moving the short plant from under the SE 220 to the SPYDR 600, but the 3g totes should let me return to 2 in one tent.

Is the damage done reversible (short plants)? Dunno, but will be giving them a boost of Grow nutes.

Will be starting seeds from my last cross in another tent

The only thing 'wrong' with last round of flower was short plants, which I think I figured out. Although pheno still plays a role, when veg plant roots are not getting sufficient nutrient/water, the plant either dies, or does not grow to its full potential.

Note the taller plant, now under the SPYDR (was not getting sufficient waterings under the SE 220) is now beginning to take off, due to roots getting ample watering in the bubbler.

Since taking those pics, I moved the small plant from under the SE 250 to the SE 220 in hopes of getting a growth spurt from both due to feeding a higher Grow formula, as are the plants under the SPYDR

The big plant is getting transition formula

Your flower plants last round were fried. And it wasnt from the lenses either because even the bottom buds looked fried like nuttient burn and lockout. I dont mean any disrespect, just hoping you figure out what caused it.

You know what happens when you assume?

I was foliar spraying which, when combined with THESE lenses, burned the primary leafs

According to Amare, these lenses should not be used under 20" above the canopy. So that, combined with minerals on the leafs burned them

Don't know why it double posted, but...

Lenses are very much like magnifying glass that most have used to burn leafs, start fires... BUT, the lenses do not focus the light as a typical magnifying glass, AND, Amare lenses are high quality polished GLASS

Lol! Still trying to use the lenses excuse. I didnt assume anything. Explain why the bottom half of the plant got cooked ? Definately not from the lenses. Its not just your primary leaves that are scorched, all the leaves on them are scorched. You do know that you arent spuppose to foliar spray plants under intense light.
You also mention how much better EH nutes are. How can you tell that they are better when your plants look that bad? Them plants would have went staight to my compost pile.
You really know how to shoot yourself in the foot when someone is willing to help you out.

Of course the smaller leafs got affected too. I pointed out the large as they were more affected.

Now... Please go away. Your superior brain power is not needed here.

I surrounded the large girl with my Cube and took 5 clones.

Hoping for better result than my last effort. However, I have cloned successfully many times.

This plant continues to amaze. I had to give her the tent to herself

A couple days ago I lowered the stand she rests on, and she has already grown past that.

I also added the Cube to spread all the long branches as well as to support them once bud sights develop
I took 5 clones from her which in 3 days have shown zero stress

My Clone method is simple: a couple air stones in a pail (could be anything) + Vicks Humidifier + plastic dome, which hangs over the lip, providing a channel for the humid air generated to go up under the dome, keeping the clones moist and so far, happy

3rd pic shows how quickly the plants have recovered and begun to take off under the Amare SE 220

3rd pic: the plant on the left was also one that was not getting fed properly in a split system. She's fattening up quite nicely

4th pic: these are in my DIY bubbler. The one in the front is a runt, the one in the back was another that suffered from thee split feed system

She's still growing like crazy. I raised the tent height by separating the tent floor from the frame then placing bricks under each corner. Combined this bought me ~ 8". I also raised the light and have added a 3rd tier to the Cube, and still need to snap the tallest branches

The plant on the right in the SE 220 light is a male; the one on the left a female. will be defoling today.

Looks like the big plant on the right under the SPYDR 600 is a female, as is the plant on the left. I defoled her 2 days ago

Pics tomorrow
