Hey guys...and ladies. I have been using a Hanna 9801 ph, ec, tds pen, for a while now. The manufacturers' directions say that when your taking a measurement, take the reading when the clock at the lest stops blinking. However I notice that usually the clock will stop blinking and the ppm or ph depending upon what measurement I am taking will either keep rising or dropping. A lot of times I'll let the clock stop blinking and then take the pen out of the solution for a second and then dip it back in to see if the number continues to rise or fall. Does anyone else have this problem, if it is a problem? I do a two point calibration everyday using Hanna 7.01 and 4.01 solution before I check my ph and it calibrates correctly. Any input would be great. Thanks-SE
