Now that's what I'm accustomed to seeing--purple stripes. Not the whole thing just SOLID purple.

Maybe it's time fir a bigger box you could probly put bone meal spikes were the smaller box stakes were it are if they were their to begin with yiu know what I mean if you have the rabbit manure try it .....doesn't bone meal take forever to break down or get used upCrazy huh? :p Im going to give that one some regular bone meal that has some N in it. Purples have not been my goal but not because they are weak. DJ Shorts Blueberry has very dark purple stems and trunk and it is a potent clone. Most grow crappy and I don't recommend them but it is quite exotic.
I like his blueberry but have never grown it. A friend did and it was the lowest yielder either of us had ever seen. Sickly looking plant but from seeds not his clone.

Ken's totally reminds me of a cultivar or variety of Japanese maple that happens to be my favorite. No I have not Sea..But i just "one click ordered" some Sea 90 on amazon and will have it in 2 days :)@caregiverken -- have you incorporated anything like sea minerals into your mixes, teas, feeds, what-have-you? If not, I think you might want to try it. A little salty dab'll do ya of the Sea-90. I got mine 2 or 3 years ago and it's still a mostly full bag. It's tasty! The birds eat it and my plants love it. Inexpensive, yet money very well spent.

anybody care to comment on the yellow girl?...N lockout due to soil ph is all I can think of...since I neglected to check it (guess I better lol) . It has been stressed tho. I jumped the gun by a cpl weeks and have had to cover her but cold shitty weather.

Burned,just a thought here but how is the drainage in that soil?Did you amend those holes before planting?the second pic the soil appears tight like maybe high clay content to me.Sometimes the water will sit in a hole like that preventing proper drainage and leaving your roots perpetually wet.Since you already have them in the holes maybe make a water drill and drill a few holes to bust through the layers of tight soil to help with drainage.A water drill is simple to make and hooks up to a hose with a 3/4'' hose fitting,you can even make one out of cheap pvc.Ill see if i can find mine and snap a pic for you,when i was able to do outdoor in my area i would get plants that looked like that and the water drill would bust right through the caliche(3'thick in spots!) into the sand and voila great drainage.My 1st outdoor grow... Just a piece of pipe you can hook a hose to and you push it into the ground,the water drills through the hardpan and into the sand or loamy soil underneath and allows your roots to drain well.
