update.
I have had the dehumidifiers blasting on full power for a few days straight now, I have the tent fans all on level 10 permanently, this now includes 4 AC Infiniti circulation fans. 3 above canopy and 1 below. The rain here has subsided and things seem to be looking a lil better. Let’s hop this trend continues. I have a personal target of 55% in tent humidity at the highest. Preferably 45-50.

Obviously you were advised correctly.
the grow I tried to use guano on was pure coir, growing inside, that mix isn’t pure coir & I don’t think you’ll run into issues with it.
It reads like a good medium with all the goodness in it.
You sound like you’re on top of it 👍
I hope to see your grow thread if you make one.
Good luck on the adventure it’s one you’ll never forget.
I am not sure guano and coco would be a good mix. From my understanding the nutrients are basically washed away and replenished with each additional feeing. So a sustained release fert. Really doesn’t make sense if you are just washing it out and it is not clinging to anything. I could be way off but that what my instinct is.

Hey there!

I'd say welcome to the forum...
But i'm new here aswell so idk.

Sorry to see nobody replied to your post yet. Feels familiar tbh lol.

I'l try my best to help:

Yes tent does look very crowded and will always be hard to control. Did you flip to 12/12 yet?
If not you should. The stretch is gona be a problem.

Before or right after the stretch is the perfect time to do a massive defoliation.
This will help control the humidity as well.

Personally i'm running a dehumidifier inside the growroom. Wich works a lot better in my experience.

Maybe you can diy something out of tube and garbage bags to funnel all the dehumidifier air straight into the growtent?

One last thing. I'm not seeing any fans running. Fans are an absolute must have to control humidity and prevent bud rot.
They help transfer the humidity from the plant to the extraction fan.

In a 4x4 tou should have at least 3 fans running. (I have 3 in a 2x3)
I am rocking 4 AC infinity AI powered circulation fans now. I took your advice and it seems to be helping a bit. Thanks.

***update***
Sorry I was away for about a month and had to have a family member and neighbor take care of the plants while I was away. Right at peak flowering time 😢. My brother harvested a few of the plants and the pics I have seen look great! I’m headed over to his place where it is all curing in a little while. My damn neighbor stole 5 or 6 out of the 11 plants I had growing. Walked them out my back door in front of my brothers face. Needless to say I am livid about that. Anyway just wanted to give an update. I’ll post the pics I do have but I didn’t get a chance to take any this past month or so. 2 plants are still finishing. Should be ready soon. I have pics of them. These geniuses helping me also lost all my strain labels so I have no idea what is what smdh. But overall it was still a great harvest from what I am told.

The final product from 3 plants. An estimated 9.5oz based off of weighing a couple jars and extrapolating.
