Hard wiring a LCB light control board 12 plug on timer and 12 plug live

does any one know if a light control board designed to be hard wired can it be wired to a lead that goes to three phase power plug ? its a 12 plug LC

I think you would need to know wattage, amps and voltage of the two devices before knowing if they are compatible / safe.
