Harvest advice! 1st grow SoFlo Kerosene

Hey all. This is my first grow I am currently at the End of 8th week of flower.
The strain is Soflo kerosene from a bag seed.

I have had some light burn issues but only seemed to affect the fan leaves.
The plant now seems to be canabalizing itself.
(brown crispy leaves all over)

I’m still seeing lots of clear trichomes and hardly any amber if any at all.

The advice I’m looking for is when to harvest??
I was planning on doing it this weekend so I can have a bday toke first of February.

Couple weeks. The trichs on the calyxes need to be cloudy with as much amber as you like (more amber=more couch lock). Did it get pollinated? A couple of the calyxes look really fat.

No pollination. It’s the only plant and it’s in a tent. I’ve kept an eye out for herming but haven’t seen any evidence of it.

As a new grower myself here is my advice Stay away from leaf trichs and look into the buds ( yours look like they still need some time ) You want Cloudy on the bud part.if that makes sense. I for sure could be wrong I am an newby at best But trust YOUR judgement and never go by what other people tell you the harvest time should be.... My last Grow of Granddaddy Purple took 11 weeks and the Triches were way more "cloudy" than amber. I would say about 5 percent....Been getting compliments from my buddies ever since!
