Harvest timing in relation to watering cycle

Chop time coming up this weekend. Does it make any difference where the plants are in the wet/dry watering cycle? Intuition suggests that it might be wise to chop at the point I would normally water. Thoughts?

usually for me if they aren’t dry than they are close.. my last watering/feeding is normally within 5 days of being chopped.,

If its dry & humidity is low I would wait till after you water and cut the plant whole. This would slow the dry time.
