Trichome maturity is your guide, but has it always given you a clear answer?

Looking back at your grows, was there one experience that taught you to look beyond trichome colour when deciding to harvest? Which other sign, such as leaf fade, bud swelling, pistil changes, smell, or something else, made you reconsider?

If you’ve harvested a plant in stages, what differences did you notice in flavour, effects, or maturity between the flowers you cut first and those you left longer?

leaf fade is a nutrient issue or from cold temps for a few days or more,.
it’s all, bud swelling, trichome colour, browning calyx’s at nodes,

I usual can tell at this point between strain flower time and temps always longer than what the seed company says except for a few strains so far
But trichomes are the most accurate imo
