If you have excessive light leaks then sure it will grow then too.

If your soil is so thick it won't dry out then root rot is expected.

Hi,

Thanks. Can hard water (0,75 EC) lead to root rot? When you switch from RO-water to regular tapwater in week 3 of veg?

Grtz & btz

Good Evening.

If you are not using Hydroguard or some such product at any temp, you are courting disaster. You need something to eat up the broken root pieces, slough off and other "stuff" that are shed from the root system. There are lots of products to help you with that chore. Some may work better with your style than others.
