I'm not positive, but I don't think there is a law against mmj and firearms in this state. I am pro-gun.

Thanks for joining us Greek, and hope all is good with you and yours. What ya got growing?

its federal law, however i just wouldnt check the box that asks if you use drugs. Your have a right to privacy regarding your medical history.

Is it really a federal law if you have some sort of medical card for cannabis you can't own a hunting rifle? Well fuck them. The disarming of America is chicken shit and immoral.

I believe so, im waiting for my dui arrest for having weed in my car to get expunged so i can apply to get a rifle.

Im not too sure that being a medical card holder would show up if you had a background check done? HIPAA regulations protects your privacy involving anything medical related...it might just be a matter of being honest or not."check this box if youd like to remain a medical patient and give up your 2nd amendment rights"

Nice males, you got some cools seeds to go through. Was over yesterday helping PunaBuds build his new place out Ainaloa.

Those stuff pics are the SoCal Master Kush x Frost made by Hawaiian, the Master is pretty kushy smelling.
How come Punabuds doesn't post here? He always had great info on everything cannabis related.

I doubt there is a law at the Federal level concerning MMJ patients owing guns...first the Feds don't recognize Medical MJ programs in any state, since the Feds don't have a Medial Marijuana policy how can they enforce a law or regulation they don't even recognize? The state level might be different from state to state, but there is noting in the Hawaiian MMJ programs that prohibits MMJ patience from owing a fire arm.

I am absolutely pro gun as well. Here is a link regarding the gun laws.

Right now I just harvested a blueberry. I also have one unknown sativa dom hybrid still going. My operation is pretty sad at the moment. When we lost power after the hurricane, I had to put all my veggin plants into flower.
Since then, I've been having a hell of a hard time finding new clones to set up shop again.
When the.power did get turned on again, I took cuttings of my flowering blueberry, and put them under 24 hour light. Only 1 survived and it looks sad. Maybe you guys could help a brother out on what I might want to do to get her to snap out of her funk she is in.

Here's an article on the subject, they are apparently trying to do away with the law. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/06/19/medical-marijuana-gun-rights_n_5513152.html

There is a link in the 3rd paragraph to the actual letter the ATF sent to all firearms licensee's prohibiting them from granting firearms to medical marijuana patients in all medical states.

That's a gnarly law......i suspect that the law is in place for drug dealers who hide behind the MMJ programs, I'm not sure about the mainland, but I've never heard of a MMJ patient in Hawaii going down in flames for processing a gun. If you're growing over a 100 plants and you possess firearms this law should make your butt pucker a bit. I'll search this little more when i have time.

What about a crossbow? Shooting a thief in the leg with an arrow would be kinda funny.

After 99 fed manditory minimums kick in....unless the changed it to 50+ now.
