Thanks yea i had a 2 gal bucket the when it got bigger i filled 5 gal bucket with potting mix then cut bottom of 2 gal off and just inserted into the 5 gal

It is a hybrid, part sativa and part indica. They all are now days. Your doesn't show a particular dominance.
Your plant looks like it is improving. The newer leaves have 5 fingers where before it was growing 3 fingers, a sign of stress.
She needs to start growing, now! You need to transplant. Not just cut the bottom off. Cannabis grows into the container they are in. Transplanting is not difficult. Good job so far.

The size of the container depends on how large of a plant it is reasonable to grow. You may need to keep your plant from growing too large, especially inside or if stealth is important. Removing that inner pot may have been just right. What did the roots look like when you transplanted? How big of a plant are you shooting for?

Yes its loud...the roots was full in the small container and i have to be descret so medium size plant at most

Double check me, but I think loud is female only seed, so what we see is the earlier stress has caused her to "hermie".
Since you are just growing her to smoke, ( not starting a breeding program) just keep pulling off any little balls that you see, hopefully few and far between.
I have loud growing outdoors. She can get really big if not controlled.

Im starting 2 more plants today will not have time to finish outdoors so what is a cheap lights i can get to grow indoor

Cheep lights are just what the first word says. There will be a heat factor. Led's or hid. Also once you move indoors you must control the environment or it will be bad. Do you have a room or is a tent in your realm of possibility's.
Also remember if you don't use some smell control any one that gets close to where they are grown will smell like a hash factory is a nice smell.

I have a building im going to grow in and im in the county so dont have no neighbor close by i could do a tent i just dont really know much about this...
