As you can see the one on the right going great, the one on the left not so much. It is still growing and showing progress but at first I had over-watered it and the two main fan leaves started to droop. I let her dry out for a day or so and lowered the rh in the tent and she started to pop back up and I can see good growth from day to day. I noticed today that she's still sort of droopy and I noticed some burnt tips on the ends of the fan leaves. My question to the community is can this be saved or am I wasting my time? I raised my light (previously at about 20") about 5" or so and reduced the light intensity (previously at 70 %). Is there anything else I can do to ensure the well-being of this plant? The healthier one does not show any signs of being affected by the water.

What's the media? Are you feeding? Do you have lots of drainage holes in the cups? What light are you running?

It is in the best soil I could find at Walmart, which I know is not great but I do have promix hp m and California living soil to transplant into. I am not feeding, should I be feeding? I do have about 4 holes on each cup to drain at bottom but I am also not flushing the soil when I water either. I have the 100w vivosun led.

Without knowing if your soil is inert or amended, I don't know if you should be feeding. I think your plants will be happier if you give them more time between waterings. In soil, I water until runoff and then don't water again until the cup/pot is pretty light. With plants that small in cups that big, it might be a week between waterings. I'd also move the light higher and dim it to 25% and see if the plants like that.

2nd this

With out a doubt you SHOULD NOT be feeding that plant... once seed hits dirt... i will not feed for at least the 1st 30 to 45 days... that's using promix hp... I think your frequency in watering is too much not the amount....

Light looks to be good as its not turning your leaves light green

Simple easy fix!!! Will rebound after a dry out or 2

The one is thriving and seems to be fine. When the other one showed signs of being over watered I backed off for a day and lowered the rh in the tent during that day. Then someone else recommended 15ml of water a day and that seemed to help after letting the soil almost dry all the way out. She started popping back up but never like the healthier one and I've continued the 15 ml for the past couple days and yesterday I noticed the burning on the tips of the two main leaves. She might not be as big as the other seedling but continues to develop at a much faster rate. I just watered both of them the 15ml this afternoon. Should I water them both when I get home until I see run off and just leave it for the next week or so, as far as watering is concerned?

So what's causing the burning then?

15ml a day??? I would make that maybe every 3 days... roots don't just need water... they need air...

What's the walmart soil?

Sorry, I just got home but this is the media.

I'm thinking you need to transplant into big pots asap. I don't think the plant is sick. It just does not like the little cup
and will giver after transplanting.
Get your feeding solutions sorted out. So your ready.
I'd thin your medium out. 50% potting mix 50% vermiculite.
Find a simple 12-4-8 fertilizer with micro nutrients.
40 grams of Dolomitic lime per cubic foot
10 grams of Gypsum per cubic foot.
The Lime will offset the acidity of the peat moss and take care of Calcium, Magnesium, Sulfur and a few other nutrients.
This is a light and fluffy mix that drains well. Vermiculite also adds Silica!!
Don't be afraid to water it but make sure and let it dry out between watering.

Just my .02

Once that cup is saturated it may take 4 or more days to dry enough for another watering for those size plants. The between watering dry downs encourages roots to expand out in search for water/nutrients. Water slowly until you get some runoff oozing from drain holes then leave them alone until they're nearly dry again. Rinse and repeat. Those plants look fine to me.

I would have under a T5 light add more drainage holes, add perlite and water less. Seedlings are not too big on high water content in soil. They need air on the roots to inhibit growth. Its also Helps the mychorizal build the eco system to support the plants stability and growth.
Less water, more air. Add a small fan too. IMO
No food. T5 LIGHT

Toss the dirt and if newbi grower, get a bag of happy frog for seedlings and a bag of ocean forest for veg and flower... with added amendments of course(flower)

It's your soil.... 100%... however your not completely screwed... keep it going... want to do heavier watering feeding but less times a week... just until you up pot and get better soil... it won't screw ya too much if anything; just a little added time in veg...

When I say heavier feeding... you want some good run off

I have promix hp already and the living soil I ordered should be in today. I am using 5 gallon fabric pots from vivosun. Any advice when I do go to transplant, which I will be doing today.

So, I'm getting some mixed reviews about transplanting into the new soil. Someone else suggested I wait another two weeks before transplanting otherwise I will probably kill them because they are autos. I do believe the soil is too rich in nitrogen and 100% the problem. I guess my question is aren't I causing more harm leaving them? I also am realizing I never have initially flush the pot, I am waiting for them to dry up a bit more before I water again but when I do I am going to water until I get some run off. Could this help flush out some of the excess nitrogen? Thanks to everyone who has given advice, it is greatly appreciated!

I was sent autos when I ordered photos.... I treated my autos exactly like photos.... i don't know if I was lucky or what... I up potted my autos 3x and topped during veg times...

I had no issues treating autos like photo plants

I even vegged in 24 hour light and flowered them in 12/12

It was a mix batch of autos and photos.... but every plant produced about the same...

I say treat it like a photo... up pot...

I'm confused about your soils tho... are you using promix with dry amendments?

There are also FAST strains that have auto and photo genetics, they flower fast but act like photos otherwise. It was probably those, I run them a lot. Autos usually lost their minds when you transplant so either you are and auto god(hey maybe 🤷‍♂️ you are a good grower) or it was a fast strain

I am going to be using promix and California super soil autoflower blend. Should I be adding more than that? I know a few people have recommended adding vermiculite.
