That looks like an Ithaca Clearwing Moth. Don't know what their larva look like. Could be ones chewing on the leaves, but I still think it's the smaller white/gray ones. JMHO

Those are called leaf rollers you don’t want them aroundI've pulled a few worms twisted up in some leaf tips already too and one cocoon .
This one I think is bud worm nasty one must die so it’s squish time or bt themMight be the tiny inch worms. I've got them and spray with BT occasionally. You probably won't see the moths or worms 'cause they're so small. But about a month ago I found a variety of them before spraying.
Pics are of the worms and moth. Moths are about a quarter inch long and the worms about 3/8".
