Hello all, so I need some help. I have been growing autos for two years now. I changed soil medium few months back not smart. So im back to the same median I have grown over 20 grows. And the end of two weeks the two worst in pictures is what I end up with. I'm growing in a compost perlite and vermiculite mix 5gal pots. My ph water is 6.2 my soil pH is 6.5 and following the water schedule I have multiple times. Now for some reason they wilt and go to crap. I'm at my last with this. Have destroyed over $200. Of seeds at this point. Have no idea what is my cause. If someone can help me would be amazing. Thanks.

Hi & welcome to the farm

They do look poorly
Watering is your issue
Your either not watering enough or to much
Big pots are hard to regulate

Forget ph soil doesn’t need ph’ed

If they are two weeks old your not gonna get much back

You need to hit the ground running with autos

Photo period plants can take a lot more mess ups just one with a auto is enough to mess the end result up.

Pick some photo periods & you can start in smaller pots & not have to “ guess “ so much if they need water

Lifting them up & getting used to dry weight vs wet will help but it takes a bit to get used to how light a dry pot is

Put the auto seeds in the fridge & try some photo periods if possible

The top looks dry but lower down it might be wetter. Stick your finger in the try figure if the roots are getting enough water or to much

Perlite sheds water
Vermiculite holds water and has way to many safety concerns for use IMO.
Those 2 are at cross purposes and I am not sure why they would be in the same mixture.
Watering will be ...........difficult.
